It's been a few days since his death.
A friend of mine texted me this tragic news the day he passed away. I seriously did not believe it, and I thought he was playing a prank on me.
We have lost such a brilliant man, and we will, unfortunately, never see his creations again. Yes, there may be a talented successor to his line, but the house of McQueen will never be the same.
What makes me angry is that this huge loss was not given much attention. Yes, celebrities and friends mourned his death, but it seemed as if the most important news that day was former president Bill Clinton's heart attack which he survived...
This was such a heart-breaking loss.
Alexander McQueen, you will truly be missed.
